Beautiful Cooper

SOLD

8 x 8 Oil on Gessobord

Cooper is a Boykin Spaniel, and probably one of the prettiest ones due to the curl on the top of her head.  I'll bet all the other Boykins wish they had her sense of style :-)  She is a free spirit and so full of energy and life.  She should give lessons on how to live for the moment.  She has gotten older and slower, but she still has that "let's go and play" look in her eyes.  I loved painting her!

Queen Cooper

7 x 5 Oil on Gessobord
SOLD

Our friends' Boykin Spaniel thinks she's a human being and an only child as well :-)  She is such a wonderful pet and knows it.  She practically talks...They would say she DOES talk.  When she wants to go outside, she will sit in front of the door and stare at the handle waiting for someone to open it, or willing it to open on its own.  When they let her out, she lets the entire neighborhood know she's out there, giving out an ear-piercing bark or shriek.  Everyone knows her and loves her...So here she is in all her glory!

Dog Wash

SOLD
5x7 Oil on Hardboard

Here's Cooper getting a fast spray off after being in the ocean.  I had more fun watching Cooper play in the water, run on the beach, and even get a "warning" about being off leash by the local authorities.  Thanks to our friends, Gloria and Jim, we had a great time at Emerald Isle, and I have lots of memories to paint.

Cooper at the Beach

SOLD

Cooper is the happiest dog and loves the water.  She is the only dog I know who actually plays and splashes while swimming.  She's a Boykin Spaniel and is almost human.  She belongs to our good friends.
